Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, we ship to more than 200 countries around the world!

What are the shipping options?

Shipments are made with the best couriers (FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT). Normally it takes between 2 to 8 business days to deliver the package.  Remember that the import duties of the country of destination are at the customer's expense.

How can I track my order?

Once your purchase is received, your order is carefully packaged. Then the courier is asked to pick it up from our warehouse and gives us a tracking number that we will send you by mail so that you can follow your order step by step.

 

How do I keep my pieces?

Each piece in Ultimo Habitante is unique, a work of art. That is why it must be cared for as such. For cleaning it is recommended to wipe with a damp cloth and then dry. Once dried, it is recommended to store them again in the box or in a pod. If any product has any other special care you will find it in the product description!

In what currency are the prices expressed?

All prices on the website are expressed in US Dollars ( USD ).

What are the payment methods?

We are currently accepting Paypal payments. Also if you are in Argentina, Uruguay or the United States we can accept bank transfer.

How is the return policy?

If you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it within 10 days of receiving the product. You must contact us by email or Whatsapp and we will guide you how to do it.

 

Remember that we will not be able to accept returns on products personalized especially for you. Nor will we accept returns on products that are already used.  Return shipping and import duties to Argentina or Uruguay will be borne by the customer. 

 

Once the product is received in our warehouse and it is confirmed that it is in the same conditions as it was sent, we will issue the refund within the next 5 business days.

How is deer antler obtained?

The deer loses its antlers through a natural process called demogue. It occurs during the last weeks of winter or first weeks of spring where the deer shed their antlers. From this moment on, the antlers grow little by little and the process is repeated every year. 

 

The main function of the antlers is to compete with other males during the rutting season. It is also a symbol of fertility and thanks to which females choose the most fertile male.
